How we refactored +400 figma components

Design systems

Our designers were frustrated by the complexity of our DS. Components were difficult to work with and retheming the libraries was time-consuming.

I led a team of 10 designers to refactor multiple libraries. This included streamlining components, introducing a Figma properties strategy, stress-testing, and training.

Keeping up with payments

UX Research

UX / UI

Loan management

UX Research

UX / UI

With more and more banks requesting the ability to incorporate loans, we decided it was time to add three types of loans to our platform; Mortgage, Line of Credit, and Term Loan.

Our Business Banking department already had some of these loans incorporated, but we were unsure if all of the information was relevant for retail users.

Understanding Credit

UX Research

UX / UI

Banks were requesting an experience that helped users manage their credit card usage and monthly payments.
